Technical coaching, taken seriously
Progressions, shaping, conditioning, spotting — the craft, done properly. Floor and tumbling is the whole discipline here, not a slice of a rotation, so you go deep instead of racing a syllabus.
Creative licence, genuinely
We're roughly 70% gymnastics, 30% performing arts. You're encouraged to choreograph, to play with how a skill reads, to build sequences that look like something. Nobody here asks you to coach to a scoresheet.
Work beyond the weekly timetable
Our coaches lead workshops and events nationally and internationally, not just their Tuesday group. If you want to travel, teach a room of a hundred, and build a name, that route is real here — and it's the part most coaching jobs simply don't have.
A brand, not just a gym
Nine academies, a look, a way of doing things that people recognise. Dubai is the first outside the UK and it has only just opened, so the coaches who join now aren't slotting into something finished — they're shaping what it becomes.
The role
What you'd actually be doing
Two coaches on the floor in every session — it's the biggest line in our budget and the one we protect. It means you coach, properly, with a second pair of hands beside you.
- Coaching floor, tumbling and acro to small groups — from a child's first cartwheel through to a clean back handspring, and the choreography that makes it look like more than a trick.
- Owning the progressions. You decide how a student gets from where they are to what's next. We give you the time and the ratio to do it properly.
- Building sequences and routines for showcases and performance pieces — the creative half of the job, and the part our students remember.
- Tracking every student weekly so progress is a record, not a claim.
- Workshops and events when you want them — one-off masterclasses, holiday intensives, and the national and international dates we're invited to.
- Setting up and packing down. We run from a school hall with our own competition-grade air track and matting. Everyone lifts, including me.
Who we're looking for
Background matters less than you'd think
We care what you can do on the floor, not which federation you came through. Coaches here arrive from all of these:
Artistic, acro or TeamGym
Club coaching at any level. If floor was always your favourite apparatus, this is the job where it's the whole job.
Tumbling or cheer coaching
You already live in the world of progressions, spotting and conditioning. The transfer is almost total.
Acro-dance and performance
We're roughly 70% gymnastics, 30% performing arts. If you can make a skill read as movement rather than a trick, that's a real advantage here.
Competed, now coaching
You trained seriously and you want to hand it on. We'll invest in your coaching qualifications and bring you through properly — several of our best started exactly there.
A recognised coaching qualification helps but isn't a dealbreaker — tell us what you hold and we'll be straight with you about what you'd need. A clean background check is required before you step on the floor, without exception.

- Beyond classWorkshops, showcases and event work — UK, Dubai and further. Optional, paid separately, and open to coaches who want it.
- StartingWe're open and running classes now. You could be on the floor as soon as your checks clear — tell us when you're available.
